Abstract.
Martial arts were originally included in the annals of sports as an independent
that provided additional physical activity and a specialized approach to applying
certain elements of technique. Later, methodical programs appeared which made
it possible to evaluate the trainees’ actions during the exercise with feedback, in
which several vital functions of the trainee were simultaneously included. The
use of the training method during lessons can significantly increase the volume
of motor actions in the learning process. Suppose more attention is paid to the
theory of gradual formation of activities. In that case, it will be possible to classify
and record the student’s growth in sports and personal development. The range of
non-traditional methods of training students is not limited to martial arts training.
Along with the training, therapeutic gymnastics is also used.
