Abstract. The article is devoted to the study of methods and mechanisms for strengthening scientific potential through the organization of research education in the Republic of Armenia, the factors, that determine their effective use, as well as issues of stimulating innovative development in the spheres of science. Usingthe example of the Republic of Armenia, the article examines the possibilities of
organizing and financing research education, and develops some mechanisms for stimulating innovative economic development through the organization of research
education.
