Abstract. An important condition for the effective organization of any business, the competent management of finances is the necessary volume of funds, their systematic accounting, as well as the skillful management of cash flows, ensuring their balance in time, and therefore the control and forecasting of cash flows are very important, whatever makes it possible to ensure stability and solvency in current and future periods. Management and control of cash flows are a part of financial management and take place within the framework of the organization’s financial policy, and the latter’s task is to build an effective financial management system that ensures the achievement of the organization’s goals, sustainable growth, and financial stability.
