REQUIREMENTS FOR THE FORMATION OF PRINTABLE MATERIALS IN THE YHU SCIENTIFIC JOURNAL

The article should contain the following main design elements:
SUBTITLE: The title, the author’s name, and the place of work are presented. For example:

SUMMARY: The problem statement is defined, and the main results and conclusion of the work are described. No references are made in the summary, unfamiliar abbreviations should be avoided /use the terms in their full form/

KEYWORDS: No more than 5-7 keywords or expressions are presented to help others locate your research.
INTRODUCTION: Preliminary information about the issue discussed in the article is provided, making references. The new developments in the field are presented, and the presented research aims to fill the gaps in the studies of the field.
METHODS: The research stages or processes are presented in a logical sequence. The methods used and their application in conducting the research are described. In this section, subtitles can be used as needed to make reading easier and easier to understand.
RESULTS. The actual results of the research are given /emphasize the main findings/. No links are made in this section. own results are presented.
DISCUSSION: Conclusions, strengths, and weaknesses of the research, as well as possible hypotheses regarding the interpretation of the results, are presented. The hypothesis proposed in the introduction section and/or the conclusions obtained in the research circles are substantiated. It is necessary to compare the results of the research with the results known in the literature (available in the references in the introduction). One should not ignore the points of view that do not correspond to the obtained results, it is necessary to convince the reader that the results of the research carried out in the work are more truthful.
CONCLUSION This is sometimes given in the last paragraph of the discussion section. Briefly explain how the research contributes to the solution of the problem under consideration and indicate the future ways of its development.
REFERENCES: This section provides information about the references (author’s name, title of the work, title of the journal/book, publisher, volume, pages, year). The list of references is arranged according to the order in which the sources appear in the article ([1], [3-5] or [21, 25]).2 At the end of the paper, submit the translations of the TITLE, ABSTRACT, and KEYWORDS sections in Russian, English, or Armenian, if the text of the article is not Armenian.Font: GHEA Grapalat (Armenian Unicode), Font size: 12, Line spacing: 1,Layout: Size – A4, Margins – normal.

FOR REVIEWERS 

The reviewing process is carried out in the following stages. First, the Editor-in-Chief evaluates if the paper meets the formal criteria and falls within the scope of the Journal, and assigns the manuscript to the Editorial Board member responsible to corresponding area. He evaluates the paper specifically and decides whether to reject it or send it to an expert for reviewing. The Editor-in-Chief, considering the opinion of the reviewer and the assigned Board Member, as well as the opinion of the second reviewer, if necessary, makes the final decision on acceptance. Tips for the reviewers The review process in Journal is anonymous in that term that the authors are never informed of the reviewer’s identity. The review shall be clear, detailed, timely, and shall reflect the unbiased opinion on the scientific quality of the contribution. They are also expected to protect the confidentiality of the manuscript and ensure that it is not disseminated or exploited in any form prior to publication.
Reviewers are asked to respect the following evaluation criteria:

Evaluation of the scientific content:

  • Does the research present new findings in the area
  • Are the data presented scientifically sound
  • Does the research have practical importance

Evaluation of the formation

  • Is the paper clearly written and well-organized
  • Is the Abstract adequate and presents all the important information
  • Are Keywords and Abbreviations adequate
  • Does the Introduction present the state of the art in the area and the objective of the research
  • Does the Materials and Methods describe precisely experimental material, procedures and statistical analyses
  • Are all the Tables and Figures necessary and clearly presented
  • Is the Discussion adequate (not just replication of result presentation)
  • Are the conclusions justified by the data presented
  • Have all the relevant literature been cited

Absence of comments on the evaluation of the formation is considered satisfaction of all questions. 

Overall assessment

  • Accept as is, with minor editorial corrections if needed
  • Accept after minor/major revision and re-evaluation (comments)
  • Reject (this recommendation shall be used for papers, which have uncorrectable defects, like the topic, which is of a minor importance to the field, improper methods used, empirical work weak or incorrect, or very poor writing, etc).

Comments to the authors should articulate only the most serious concerns, without going into details
