APPLICATION OF CONDITIONAL MEDIUM IN STATISTICAL ANALYSIS

Abstract. In the practice of processing statistical materials in economic research, there are problems that require different averages to solve. Mathematical statistics derive different averages from the rank mean. In statistical practice, arithmetic mean, weighted mean, conditional mean, etc. are often used. In case the combination is expressed in three-digit, four-digit or five-digit numbers, it is advisable to use the conventional average value for calculating the average. The use of the conditional mean simplifies the calculation of the arithmetic mean by turning three-digit, four-digit, five-digit numbers into one-digit, two-digit, etc., which are easier to perform operations with.
