Invitation to Participate in the Open Tender for Equipment Procurement

Yerevan Haybusak University (hereinafter “the Organization”) invites you to participate in the open tender for the procurement of equipment (one audio system and two laptops) within the framework of the research program (25RG-3B216) implemented by the Organization.

General Terms

1. The open tender will be conducted in one stage. The supplier offering the best conditions—meeting the technical requirements, providing the lowest price, and ensuring warranty service—will be selected by the Tender Committee.
2. Negotiations will be held with the selected supplier to finalize the delivery and payment schedule.
3. The contract may provide for an advance payment; however, preference will be given to proposals stipulating payment after the delivery of equipment to the client.
4. Both resident and non-resident legal entities of the Republic of Armenia are eligible to participate under equal conditions.
5. Tender proposals may be submitted in Armenian, Russian, or English to the electronic address specified below.
6. For additional information, you may submit your written inquiries to the person responsible for procurement.

Tender Conditions

1.1. Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• price,
• quality,
• warranty service duration.

Prices must be submitted per unit of equipment.

1.2. In addition to price, the supplier’s work experience in Armenia or abroad, as well as the technical parameters and warranty conditions of the proposed equipment, will be considered.

1.3. The winning bidder will be the one offering the most affordable proposal for equipment with the same technical parameters.

1.4. Tender results will be summarized within 10 working days after the deadline, and participants will be notified via e-mail.
